Friendly staff helped with problems, but AC noise was annoying.

The infinity pool exceeded my expectations, providing a fantastic space for relaxation and play. The room was modern and had a great layout for families, allowing kids to enjoy themselves while parents had their own space. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive, and staff were notably friendly and accommodating. However, the public areas could benefit from better maintenance, and some amenities felt slightly worn. Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable due to the great atmosphere and location with nearby dining options.

Disappointingly, the restaurant wasn’t open nightly, forcing us to venture out for dinner, which wasn’t ideal after a long day of travel.

great base for exploring parks and attractions in panama city

I loved that my stay included spacious rooms and a friendly staff that really helped us with local tours, making my explorations so much easier. not to mention, the nearby Omar Torrijos Recreational Park is a perfect spot for a leisurely walk, and it’s only about 2 km away. The only downside was that the bar wasn't open every night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
